Stripers






Spring is here and the reports are coming in that Stripers are running. That means the boys and I have to get down to the Beach and get cracking. The surf rods and tackle are ready to go...now I just have to juggle my calendar, check the tide charts and load up the truck. If you have never tasted Striper that is on the grill less than an hour after it was hauled out of the surf...you are missing a true gastonomic experience.
